We appreciated reasonably large rooms and outstanding food.

We were in Puerto Plata for 2 days, had really really nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with perfect location in an all inclusive with other bars included. The breakfast was savoury and varied, and included pancakes and sausages. The service was good and the pool was great.

Its location was absolutely perfect, in the area of Puerto plata, and in a truly beautiful area. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Playa Dorada.

Beds were a little hard.

This hotel is wonderful, has amicable employees from an organized group or staff members. Booked a room with absolutely breathtaking views by the beach offering added views. The location was magnificent, only a short distance to Playa Dorada Golf Club. Shopping malls and a flea market were right next door.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, to the beach from anywhere on the resort in 5 minutes with a shopping area and a flea market within walking distance. I ate in the broiler restaurant nearby.

Amazing hotel, breakfast each day was savoury and the location far to the ocean was ideal. The room was brand-new and well-kept, had an absolutely breathtaking view by the beach offering added views. The bathroom was bright, and the bed was nice.

The room we stayed in was good-sized. The staff was pretty friendly, as for 4-stars hotel. The check-in was easy, we really enjoyed beach bar. Besides, Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus.

Well-managed property, clean, world-class food in Fusion Restaurant, excellent animation team, friendly and attentive waitstaff, beautiful hotel and beach.

The staff is great. They will help you with anything you need. The food and restaruants are good always something different.

The room was neat and brand-new, with terrace and it's own balcony.

I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel! The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. The front desk staff, especially Lilliana, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The service here is top-notch, and they made me feel like family! I was also impressed with the beautiful pool areas and the lush greenery surrounding the hotel. It created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was being able to easily walk to the beach whenever I wanted. It was so convenient! Another great aspect of this hotel is the abundance of bars throughout the resort. I never had to go far to enjoy a refreshing drink. And I loved that there was drinking water available right outside the rooms. The room itself was comfortable and well air-conditioned, providing me with a great night's sleep. this hotel offers enhanced comfort, quality services, and a luxurious experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. The service, amenities, and location near the beach at night make it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
